Tour Plan


Tour of the Old City of Jerusalem (traditional Oriental markets (souq), Via Dolorosa, Church of the Holy Sepulcher, Dome of the Rock, Al-Aqsa Mosque and Western Wall).

Overnight in Jerusalem


Tour of historic and cultural sites including Jacob’s Well, Tel Balata and the ancient Samaritan community on Mount Gerazim. To collect our ingredients, a visit to the Old City of Nablus and the old markets to start our first culinary experience, but before we do that; Nablus is very famous of its “Kunafeh”, - the traditional sweet, we will have the chance to visit one of the oldest shops, Kunafeh is a traditional dessert made with thin noodle-like pastry, soaked in sweet, sugar-based syrup, and typically layered with cheese,

Overnight in Nablus

Meal of the day: Maqluba Maqluba, which literary means upside down in Arabic, is made of a layered pot of vegetables, meat and rice and got its name from the way it served, which is by flipping it over a serving big flat platter, making a delicious cake-like form.

Bethlehem and Battir

A Guided tour will take us around the Old City of Bethlehem and the Church of the Nativity.

At the Old city we will stop at Bethlehem Old Market to collect our next ingredients for our next recipe.

Maftoul will be our next recipe, it is as unique as our next location where created; we will be transferred to Battir, home to a UNSECO world heritage site, an archeological and historical paradise that will present you with its ancient terraces, olive groves and archeological importance

Return to Bethlehem for overnight.

Meal of the day: Palestinian Couscous (Maftoul)

Maftoul is an Arabic word derived from the Arabic word root “fa-ta-la”, means to roll, which described the method used to make our dish, by hand rolling bulgur with wheat flour.

Bedouins/ Reshaydeh

Our next culinary adventure takes us off-road to one of the Bedouin communities around Bethlehem area, Arab Al-Reshaydeh. Its unique location at the Jerusalem wilderness, participants who likes to hike, can enjoy the untouched nature by having a 3 hours hike to admire the Dead Sea from afar. To live like a Bedouin and to learn their culinary techniques a full day and night will be spent at the Bedouin Community.


Tour of the Old City of Hebron, Tomb of the Patriarchs and the Ibrahimi Mosque. Meet with Hebron Old City Rehabilitation Committee and hear about their role in Cultural preservation. Tour the Old City souq and converse with locals while collecting our ingredients for our next recipe. Overnight in Hebron

Meal of the day: Musakhan Is one of the national popular Palestinian dishes, it is one of those dishes that you can’t stop eating once you have started. And… you absolutely have to follow the tradition by eating this dish with your hands.

This is a very simple, full-of-flavor dish, Sumac chicken caramelized onion on flatbread, full of flavorful spices
